Yes, the Disney Cruise Line photo package is for the entire cruise, even though it often only appears in the app under Day 1.
To add the photo package onboard, you typically need to go to the Day 1 activities section in the Disney Cruise Line app. Look under “Onboard Fun,” where you will see the option to choose and purchase a photo package. Disney places it there because it is considered something you set up at the beginning of the sailing.
Even though it is listed on Day 1, the package covers photos taken throughout your entire cruise, not just the first day. Once it is active, you can take photos with photographers every day, at character meets, formal nights, pirate night and around the ship.
You also only need to purchase the package for one person in your stateroom. The package will apply to everyone linked to that room, as long as they scan their Key to the World card or MagicBand when photos are taken.
So if you are worried that it is only a Day 1 purchase, do not be. The photo package is absolutely an all cruise package and works every day of your sailing.
